Preparation: Before the test begins, we’ll ask you to remove your shoes and socks. It’s also helpful to wear light, comfortable clothing. You’ll stand barefoot on the InBody device, which ensures accurate measurements.
The Test: The InBody test itself takes just 30 seconds. During this time, you’ll stand still on the device while it measures your body’s composition. You’ll hold onto the hand electrodes, and the device will send a safe, low-level electrical current through your body to gather data. There’s no discomfort or pain—most people find the process very easy.
Your Results: As soon as the test is complete, you’ll receive a detailed printout of your results. This report will show your muscle mass, body fat, water balance, and more, broken down by different parts of your body.
