CANCELLATION POLICY
When you book an appointment with one of our naturopathic doctors, that appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or “no show” puts a hole in our doctors’ schedules that could have been filled by another patient in need of care. For all appointments we now require a credit card to be put on file to hold your appointment. It will not be charged unless there is a late cancellation or “no show.” Please review our cancellation policy for naturopathic consultations, IV therapy, and procedures below.
Naturopathic Medical Consultations
For new patients we require a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
For established patients we require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
A late cancellation or “no show” is subject to the entire cost of the visit.
IV Therapy
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
A late cancellation or “no show” is subject to a fee of $100.
Procedures
Includes prolotherapy/PRP joint injections, ozone therapy, injectables, PRP microneedling, and PRP hair rejuvenation treatments.
